I spent 30 days in residential treatment at Reflections. I cannot say enough about how this experience changed my life. I was skeptical about inpatient treatment, but once I got to Reflections I knew I had found the right place for me. With a maximum of 6 clients at any time, the care I received was personal and tailored to my individual recovery. The group sessions were extremely helpful as the group was intimate and everyone was able to gain a lot from each others\' insights. Dr. Worden, the neuro-psychologist and primary therapist completely transformed my life - approaching my dual diagnosis of anxiety and alcoholism with the utmost expertise and compassion. I truly left there a different person from when I entered just 30 days before. The rest of the clinical team includes an exceptional MFT, Norman, and equally amazing drug and alcohol counselor, Bekki. Dr. Blagys, the medical director, is kind and clearly takes a vested interest in each client. Together this team works seamlessly to address each individual\'s needs. I was amazed at how quickly treatment plans could be adjusted based on issues of mine that were uncovered daily. The chefs are beyond talented and the staff are all caring and most, if not all, are in recovery themselves. I felt like a part of the community there which fostered an environment of healing and compassion. Two weeks into my stay, we began working on a detailed plan for after I discharged from treatment. The clinical team was very clear that additional structured treatment in an outpatient setting would be most beneficial to me. I took their advice and it was the best decision for my continuing care. I could not be more impressed with Reflections and would recommend it without reservation to anyone looking to heal from addiction and coexisting mental health issues.

Reflections was a game changer for my husband. He has a very deep seated alcoholism - he learned so much here. He did the detox, residential treatment, and aftercare. The staff are phenom. Marcello, the admittance counselor has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us in the difficult months after discharge. The food here is amazing, the clients very supportive. I wish I had known ahead of time that release is to be expected Has my husband maintained sobriety? Not 100%, but the relapses are short lived and he\'s able to get back on the wagon quickly. I can\'t thank Reflections enough.

At the time of my departure from Reflections, I was busy having a tantrum and still stuck in a cycle of blaming everyone but myself for the mess I had made of my life. What I have learned and wish I could have acknowledged at my time of departure is that it is absolutely impossible for any rehab to be absolutely perfect and meet what are often very unrealistic standards. That being said, Reflections is and was the most caring, understanding, committed and effective treatment I have received out of 15-plus inpatient programs and over a million dollars spent on treatment. The cost of their care is truly worth the money and I would recommend Reflections above all other established and well-known treatment centers. I will always be extremely grateful to Reflections and lament the stare I was in upon departure(having nothing truly to do with their actions or treatment) which prevented me from appropriately thanking them.

Reflections detox was one of the WORST experiences in my life, While promised a ground-floor level room by three different staff, Due to my walking disability, I was hustled upstairs to a tower jail cell. I sat up there for 4 nights with no access to any other facilities/the kitchen/treatment groups, etc. They just drugged me the whole time. Finally, after telling them I was getting NO benefit and I was going to leave, they moved me to the 1st floor—-which had wet towels, full trash cans, and had obviously not received any housekeeping before I moved there. This was on my 4th day (or only 3 days until my departure). I was finally able to walk around and discover the dining room, kitchen, menu schedule, activity schedule, and more. (PS: I didn’t receive any food or water for my first 36 hours when I first got there). So now I only was there for less than 3 days in my $10,000 weekly stay. I heard I was supposed to receive a blood lab test within 72 hrs of admission—-but mine occurred on my 6th day, and I am still awaiting that bill. At Admissions and at Exit, I was supposed to sign several forms—-without getting the opportunity to even read them. It has been approx a month and I haven’t received anything (as was promised). For me, there were 3 really helpful staff, but the rest actually lied, didn’t follow through on anything, and just left me to rot in the 2nd floor jail room. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone,
