Completely waste of money and time. This place will reap you off your money. Magement are full of lies and do nothing to help out. They act like their busy but doing crap. They try to keep you stay longer and charged you a fortune for nothing.

Complete waste of time and money. The only staff that were helpful have left the facility according to their website. Many of the RAs are incredibly untrained and unprofessional. Though their website advertises a number of different \"workshops\", these workshops are only available to clients who stay more than 30 days (which they don\'t tell you until you actually get there). The lack of communication between the RAs and therapists is incredible--there were many times I and other clients required immediate aid in one way or another, but because of bureaucratic nonsense, no aid was usually received. Alta Mira advertises their \"Aftercare\" as being top notch, however, the vast majority of clients I have maintained contact with have relapsed--a number of them specifically cited the poor aftercare Alta Mira provides as being a key reason. The only benefit of the facility is the rooms are nice, and the food is alright. If you want to really recover, find somewhere else.

I felt isolated at Alta Mira. No one asked me how I was doing until I had been there a week. Way overpriced, and way underserved. after spending 50k, I just noticed a charge on my CC made by Alta Mira for a "massage session" and toiletries? A month after I left? No notification, just put it on my card. This facility is simply outrageous. I have never been more stressed in my life. I cannot tell you how glad I was to leave.
