Do not use this hospital. I have a brother that has been there for 2 months. I am his POA and Health Proxy. I am also age 65 and his only living family member. He was there for over a week before anyone would call back. Though I called multiple times

Very traumatizing place with abusive staff. They pry on people desperate for help, but when you arrive there is no help. No support groups, except for a group where they show random music videos and an arts and crafts group twice a week. We started our own AA meeting. Place was freezing cold like prison. Staff lied about being able to go outside. More traumatized then when I went in. Staff member Mark is horrible and abusive and threatens people if they don’t have a family member leave a good review. This place should be shut down.

What stood out for us was the personal interest the staff showed my wife and I. This attention was exemplified by Mark Humphrey who was our first contact with the facility, and who showed personal interest all the way through the process even though he was in the outreach department. And the social worker Linda went above the call of duty to be kind and helpful. Dr Steven was the best psychiatrist we have dealt with in our many years long struggle.
