Absolute shoddy joke of a facility . They want you to believe it’s high class with the overpriced artwork of celebrities who have died from their addiction. Yes you heard that right. I was violently ill and pretend nurses refused to help or call 911 for a half hour. I pleaded for my life vomiting with a severe headache. Do yourself a favor before you send a loved one here. They break hippa laws staff gossips about one another they had rain water pouring from a sky light into food being served. 2 fatalities and the stat has shut this place down already. Matter of time before there’s a third death. Abd tge exec director and new CEO are jokes.

I thought I just left a review. This place is a total sham. Facilities appear nice.. inside not so much. But more importantly their following COVID protocols werecc V a total lie. I could go on and one on about the lack of patient’s safety. I needed help... I begged them to change their protocols.. they couldn’t care less. I am a highly educated person. I needed care . There were many unfortunate people there who they gave a false sense of security.. they posted that they were following cdc and WH O protocols and were in no way were not. The were symptomatic payeients that we’re not quarantined... there is so much than to be listed here... they didn’t care ... I begged them to change the protocols... they didn’t and were not willing... thete were so many people there they had a false sense of security... I didn’t want to leave but felt I had no option... they couldn’t get rid of me fast enough... the most insulting thing since I left is seein commercials about they are open... no mention of of pre screening etc... insurance scam of the century

To qualify let’s just say I’ve been to 80+ detoxes, 8 halfway house, countless sober houses, and 9 section 35s, prison, etc. So for a person like me walking into this 5 star facility I thought someone must have messed up and sent me to the wrong place. But once I got in, I soon realized this was the best place I have ever had the pleasure of being welcomed into. Everyone from the RSs, the team of counselors, the nurses, you can tell they are not just there for a paycheck, these people genuinely want to help and see you do well. I’ve been out for a few days now and got back on my vivitrol shot. THANK YOU RCA DANVERS FOR EVERYTHING!

Very pleased with the program. Therapists and other recovery staff were extremely compassionate and therapeutic. Would highly recommend RCA to others in need of addiction treatment.
