I had a very memerable experience here in oct/nov 2018 . The staff was great and they had a lot of patience with me . They are dedicated to the work they do and if you are willing to accept this program you will appreciate what they do every day . The meals were awesome and the rooms were nice . They even brought down the electric keyboard from upstairs after l moved downstairs . I'm still clean and sober and get stronger every year . I am writing this mainly because of the negative reviews and felt obligated to respond with a positive review. Thanks for everything .

I went through the 7 day detox program and another 7 days in their residential program. I had a great experience at wonderful facilities and was given great and useful tools for various modes of recovery. The staff was friendly, professional and kept in constant communication with patients.

They get mad you want to leave early, one guy works there was rude an when was leaving yelled out loud in front of everyone and dont come back in lobby to me, tried to keep my pocketbook an wallet and cell for me to come back and get 72 hours later, i live hour and 45 min away mind you, an REPORTED our PRIVATE PHONE MESSAGES to authoritys to get me in trouble !!!!!! dont walk, run from here........, There was only one amazing nurse on third, guy that worked from 9pm to 5am on friday night that was nothing short of just amazing to me and i do thank him for that, he knows who he is , only one there that cared to spend time with me when in need. , an was triple charged.. instead of 1000, day was charged 3500. day after saying insurance was covered NOT... when you get there they put you in a room for 6 days no counseling its the worst time your freaking out inside and you got nobody to talk to.. for all that time , i do not recommend this place ..

My roomate and case manager from RCA recommended this place and got my Hope's up. 3000 I paid out of pocket for 4 day residential treatment was the most disappointing place of "recovery" nurses should be ASHAMED of themselves for the way they treat people. 0 stars
