About Vogue Recovery Center Las Vegas

We agree with the American Society of Addiction Medicine, the United States Surgeon General, and the broad consensus of behavioral health experts that addiction is a biological, psychological and sociological disease. This illness is chronic, progressive, and ultimately fatal and is known to respond only to aggressive and long term health care treatment. The illness of addiction arises from a dysfunction in the brain’s reward center, causing a person to obsessively fantasize about and compulsively seek alcohol, drugs or behaviors which offer them euphoria no matter what negative consequences may occur along with it. In time the cycle of using becomes painful and the person’s health, sanity and life sharply decline. Eventually a person does not use alcohol, drugs or prescriptions because they want to, but because they have to. Without it they will experience physical, emotional and even spiritual pain which is unbearable and beyond the person’s ability to overcome alone. At Vogue we combine the best practices of science driven health care and time tested recovery to treat the disease of addiction. Through medicine, psychotherapy, group counseling, neurofeedback, and individualized care we provide evidenced based solution-focused care for every patient. These are combined with yoga, nutrition, exercise, art, music, and recovery fellowships to create an all-of-the-above approach. We offer Nevada’s Finest Addiction Treatment, because we personalize each patient’s care in a relaxed, luxury environment with an abundance of comfort.

I went to this treatment center twice. The first time was good and I left Vogue with positive results, I didn\'t stay sober too long after retuning home by choice. The second time was completely different, management basically lied to me and played head games which I\'m leaving it at that. If I go into it it\'ll take 5 pages. Suffice it to say that I don\'t recommend going there if you are paying out of pocket or have undependable or insurance that wants to save $#$$$$ Once it runs out 7 days 30 days who knows, they will ship your ass out the minute insurance stops paying. I mean the exact minute. Mostly there are few choices for good recovery and anyone can find fault in anything so to be fair Im also saying you could get sober there, people do it all the time.

The 30 day inpatient program was great it was exactly what I needed at one point in my life in order to properly detox and get a little grief counseling and other recovery related therapy in order to better understand what I was actually going through so I could learn to find a solution and move forward to rebuild my life.

In residential treatment the strength of the facility would be the nurse and the therapist and the house manager they are the backbone that allows people to be who they are and help people to get where they need to be. The weakness of the facility is that there a lot of disorganization who seems to be rules as we go lack of orientation when you get there.
