Pyramid Healthcare Ridgeview Residential Treatment Center for Young Adult Men

My best experience in any rehab in this hole state if you want to change this the place to do it these staff members do not let you slack they stay on you if your trying to fake it this the wrong place. Everyone there helped me with so much I'm just glad something changed for once. Took me 4 months there to figure out what I need to change in my life... I expected more, but when you have a desperate teen who doesnt want to be there, the last thing you want to do is give them ways out. There not set up to deal with teens who do not want help, they can only deal with teens who are using this as a last chance before they are discarded or possibly put away. It is very weak, counselors are very weak, this whole experience I feel made our child worse than when they went in, the only difference is there clean and away for a time being.

They picked up my 16 year old took him 4 1/2 hours away and don't even have the decency to call you and let you no they made it safely or not. I'm furious can't sleep and if this is the way they operate if advise anyone not to put there teenager there unless you want to worry

Strengths: compassion, understanding, support systems and resources. Weaknesses: Alot of clients are treated, somewhat overcrowded. The staff assigned to my loved one was a good match. developed a very good relationship which was key to healing.
